Prom Booking Information

Please read this entire page to be fully informed before booking/inquiring. For questions, contact us.

• SO TOI cost begins at $2,000.00 & goes up depending on your design details.
• So Toi Boutique cost begins at $1,600.00 & goes up depending on your design details.
• All Custom Prom Dresses with/without rhinestone/lace appliqué, feathers, hand placed crystals, beaded fabrics and/or embellishments start at $1,600.00 + tax. All Custom Prom Dresses designed with corsetry start at $2,000.00. The cost of your Custom Prom Dress covers all dress materials & labour needed to create your Dream Dress. All payments are non-refundable, there are no refunds given for any reason & there are no exchanges.

Payments: Our payment plan requires two payments split into 70% & 30%. 70% of your total quoted price is due in cash at your first fitting. The remaining 30% of your balance is due in cash at the fitting that is scheduled before your “Dress Fitting/Pickup”.  (Ex. With 3 fittings your 30% is due at the 2nd fitting). We do not offer any other payment plans. All payments are non-refundable.

All consultations are virtual online video chats, access links are sent to the email provided. There is a non-refundable & non-transferable consultation fee of $100.00 this consultation fee does not go towards your dress. Scheduling & attending your consultation reserves your spot, inquiries do not hold nor guarantee your spot. There are no refunds, if you choose not to use our design services. 

• When scheduling a consult to design your dress, a quote will be provided following the consultation. You must accept your quote & schedule a fitting for a future date within 7 days of your consultation. With scheduling any Virtual Consultation, you agree you’ve read & understand all the information on this page.

• If you have already attended your consultation, you must accept your quote within 7 days of receiving it &/or provide all requested information (via text/gmail) within 7 days.
• If you do not proceed by accepting your quote &/or with providing requested information (via gmail or text) and/or completing next steps within 7 days of receiving your quote or attending your consultation, you must re-inquire for a new quote due to changes in demand & cost after 7 days.

Fittings: In-Person fittings are by Appointment Only, scheduled after you’ve attended your Consultation & provided all requested information within 7 days. Your fittings are scheduled based off of our availability & the estimated start time provided by you.

• You must schedule based on our availability for the start time you provided. Be sure to wear fitted clothing & arrive at your scheduled time. There are approximately 2-4 fittings, please vocalize all concerns during your fittings.
• At your 1st fitting, 70% of your total payment is due, your measurements are taken, design discussion. No design changes can be made & there can be no add ons after your initial design is agreed upon.
• Your 30% non-refundable payment is due at the fitting prior to your last. At your “Dress Fitting/Pickup” you must try on your dress at this fitting & sign our Garment Release Form before taking your dress. 
• 2 other guests are allowed to accompany you at your fittings. The listed information applies to Out-of State clients, though payments are made via invoice & appointment are virtual. A shipping date is chosen at your 2nd virtual appointment. 

Scheduling: Appointment links to schedule your fittings are sent to you via text message, following your consultation once you’ve provided all requested information. Appointment times are based around our availability. Location address is sent the day before your appointment after confirmation.

Timeframe: • Prom 2025: 16-24 weeks or longer depending on the start date, design(s) and/or order amount. Our time frame is based upon, the scheduling dates of your consultation + your fittings, how quickly you schedule your fittings & the number of clients being service at the time.

• By scheduling your fitting at your mentioned estimated time, we agree and inform you that your dress will be completed by your Prom Date submitted on your inquiry form. If it changes, please provide documentation information from your school at your first fitting.
