Shipping & Refund Policy
All items are shipped after the item(s) production time. All tracking information is sent to the email used at checkout. All deliveries require a signature.
Express Shipping - Express UPS shipping takes 1-2 days. A signature is required. Shipping Rate - $9.90
Standard Shipping - Standard UPS shipping takes 3-4 days to arrive. A signature is required. Shipping Rate - $6.90
Economy Shipping - Free Economy UPS Shipping 5-8 business days. A signature is required.
Refunds and Exchanges - We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any items. All sales are final.
Tracking My Order -
You will be notified via email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Shipping times does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
Ready to Ship orders leave our facility in 1-2 business days. Once it has been shipped out, you will receive a tracking number via E-mail automatically.
To track your order please use tracking number emailed to you once your order has been shipped.
If your tracking number does not work visit www.ups.com to manually input your tracking number.
Design Services (Prom, Bridal, & Custom Design) -
Your item is made within the production time provided. Your item will be shipped via UPS Express shipping. A signature is required for delivery. All tracking information is sent via email.
There are no refunds or exchanges on any of our design/bespoke services.
We ship all orders Mon. – Thurs.
Our office, warehouse, and couriers will be unavailable during the following public holiday dates: Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day & New Years Day.
Any orders placed on these days, or after cut-off on the day before, will go into production the following business day & will be shipped after production time.
Shipping Delays -
So Toi is not responsible for any delays caused by UPS or the other shipping carriers we work with, especially during high volume holiday seasons (Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day & New Years Day.)
Missing Your Order?
- Check tracking details to ensure if your package is being held at your local UPS. This could occur if you missed signing your package.
If it is not in their possession:
- File Claim with UPS
- Contact us to let us know you haven't received your item yet.
- If an item was shipped out but post office tracking stopped updating, please file online police report this way we can have UPS held liable for refunding you.
- Wait for UPS investigation results.
So Toi is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
Customer(s) assumes all responsibility once a confirmation number is issued.
Please double check that you input the correct information for shipping purposes.
Shipping addresses cannot be updated once tracking has been assigned.
All shipping/tracking # information is sent to the email listed at checkout. We use UPS for all shipments. All deliveries requires a signature, So Toi is not responsible for deliveries needing to be rescheduled if not signed for, you must contact the shipping carrier and/or use your tracking # to track the location of your package. If you miss your delivery please use your tracking # to locate your package for your next expected delivery or to locate your UPS Access Point to pick up your package. Shipping mishaps are out of our control, and you will need to contact the shipping carrier. As So Toi is not liable or responsible for shipping mishaps, shipping delays due to inclement weather, lost packages etc.
RETURN TO SENDER
If this occurs, when it arrives, we will reach out to have you reconfirm the address to get it back out to you. We would be glad to resend an order back to customer though customer will have to cover the re-shipping charges.
Orders sent back as "unclaimed", "unable to forward" or as "return to sender" are subject to a re-shipping fee.
You will receive an invoice from www.sotoixo.com via email for re-shipping. Once it is paid, we will reship the item.
